Post-it® Custom Printed Notes in Pop'n Jot™ Refillable Dispenser are used in a direct mail continuity program.

Use multiple mailings (one every 6-7 weeks) to promote client as "one supplier for infinite applications" to both existing customers and new prospects.

This ongoing, mult-stage direct mail continuity program consists of:
Stage 1: Included an introductory pad of Post-it® Custom Printed Notes, a cover letter explaining the program, and a four-color brochure detailing the customer's business, capabilities, and products. This first mailing invited recipients to fill out an enclosed business reply card. By doing so, they would receive additional mailings/information.
Stage 2: A boxed set containing the first capability placard with the "One Supplier - Infinite Applications" theme. The placard also housed an actual client component that recipients could examine, plus a pad of Post-it® Custom Printed Notes to use with their enclosed, imprinted Pop'n Jot™ Dispenser.
Stage 3 and Onward: Unique "One Supplier - Infinite Applications" placards, each showcasing a different client capability, a component sample, and a refill pad of Post-it® Custom Printed Notes.
By returning the business reply card, the respondents became part of the ongoing series and are routinely exposed (every 6-7 weeks) to a new client message, component sample, and refill pad of Post-it® Custom Printed Notes. By consistently providing refills for the Pop'n Jot™ Dispensers, the client takes full advantage of Post-it® Custom Printed Notes' promotional impact and staying power.
The client has been pleased with the response to the mailings and intends to continue the program indefinitely!
